Our mission
Put the right people in charge of security.
Every company now depends on its security team, and every security team depends on its leaders. A strong CISO or security director shapes how a company handles risk for years. A weak hire can set a program back just as long.
Cyber Executive Collective exists to make those hires go right. We help companies define what they actually need, find the people who have already done it well, and bring them on board with a process that respects both sides.

Focus is the whole point.
General recruiters treat security as one more IT specialty. In practice, the difference between a detection engineer and a security architect, or between a CISO who fits a SaaS company and one who fits a bank, decides whether a hire works.
